windowsパソコンで読もうとしたらぼやけた画像になって拡大してもぼやけたままのラスター画像、、そこでユーザーエージェントをmacにしてみたらフォントが綺麗になってベクター画像で拡大してもきれいなままになった。解決！
前の自治体でも同じレイアウトのサイトだったので日本の電子図書館やっているとこは共通のベンダーが開発したサイトを使ってると思われる。d-libraryってやつ。

I struggled with our municipal e-library's website UI. On my Windows PC, the font of the books appeared foggy, and it was not possible to enlarge it. After many attempts, finally I changed the machine UserAgent to Mac. I changed the user agent of my machine to Mac, and the font appeared crispy enough. Gotcha!
