ForewordとPrefaceのちがい

ForewordとPrefaceをどっちも同じものだと思っていたのだが、

最近みた本の中には、ForewordとPrefaceどっちもあって混乱した。

どうやら

・Preface　筆者が書いたもの

・Foreword　筆者以外が書いたもの(typically, by a person other than the author)

またかしこくなった
